5 AI Prompts That Treat You Like the Main Character
Five AI prompts that have nothing to do with lunches or laundry. A life audit, a ritual, a signature look, and a one-year vision that is actually about you.
Almost every prompt I share is in service of someone else. The lunches. The calendar. The birthday party that needs to exist by Saturday.
Not this one.
These five prompts are for you. Not you the household manager. You. They borrow the kind of advice that usually costs a few hundred dollars an hour, the life design consultant, the stylist, the practitioner who asks the good questions, and they put it in your pocket for free.
Pour the coffee. Pick one. Say it out loud into ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini and answer honestly.
1. The Life Audit "Act as a life design consultant who charges $500 an hour. Ask me about my week, then tell me what I should stop doing entirely, what I should pay someone else to do, and what I am doing that is actually beneath my time." 2. The Nervous System Reset "I am depleted and cannot tell if it is my body, my hormones, or just my life. Walk me through the questions a functional medicine practitioner would ask, then give me a protocol I could actually start today: food, movement, sleep, boundaries." 3. The Curated Self "Help me design a signature uniform, a small rotating wardrobe that always feels put together, based on my coloring, my lifestyle, and the version of myself I want to walk into a room as." 4. The Ritual Architect "I want a morning ritual that feels sacred, not rushed. Ask me what I have, 20 minutes or an hour, and design something with intention, not just drink water and journal." 5. The Second Half "Treat me like a woman entering her most powerful era, not past her prime. Ask me about my strengths and what is calling to me lately, and help me draft a one-year vision that is not about the kids or the house."
How to use these: one at a time. Each prompt is built to interview you, so let it ask its questions before it gives you answers. The better you answer, the less generic the result. And if the first response feels like a magazine listicle, say so. Tell it to go deeper.
