How We Test
Tested first. Then written up.
Every article on The Mom Fund starts the same way: I use the tool, the prompt, or the system in my own life before a word gets written. A real week, a real family, a real job. Not a press release, not a demo, not a rewrite of someone else's review.
Then I report both directions. Plenty of what I test works and saves real time, and that gets written up with the exact steps so you can repeat it. Some of it is not worth the hype, and that gets written up too. Knowing what to skip is worth as much as knowing what to use.
The method
- Use it in real life first. Home, work, and family. If it only works in a demo, it does not get recommended.
- Report honestly, in both directions. What worked, what fell flat, and what it actually cost in time or money.
- Break it down so you can repeat it. The steps, the exact prompts, and what to expect. No jargon, no hand waving.
Who writes this
The Mom Fund is written by one person: a mother with a full-time executive career who tests AI in the hours real life allows. Every article carries the house byline, The Mom Fund. The brand is operated by TMF Ventures LLC.
The standards
Recommendations are based on use, not sponsorship. If a relationship ever shapes a recommendation, it is disclosed on the page. When a tool changes or I get something wrong, the article gets updated. Sources are linked when a claim needs one.
The goal never changes: more time, more money, more clarity for the woman reading.
