These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, newsletters, downloads, and related services (the "Site"). The Mom Fund is a brand operated by TMF Ventures LLC ("TMF Ventures LLC," "The Mom Fund," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or subscribe to our newsletter. The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13, and no part of the Site is directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@themomfund.com and we will delete it.

2. Use of the Site

The Site and its content are provided for informational, educational, and inspirational purposes. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt, misuse, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without our prior written permission.

Any comments, feedback, or ideas you submit may be used by us for editorial or promotional purposes without obligation to you, with credit where appropriate. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

5. Products and Purchases

The Site is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid products, digital downloads, or services in the future. When we do, any purchase will be subject to the prices, descriptions, and refund terms presented at the point of sale, and digital products will be licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use rather than sold outright. We will post applicable purchase and refund terms before any paid product becomes available.

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Accessing them is at your own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TMF Ventures LLC and its owners and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
