AI Tools & Prompt Usage Policy

The Mom Fund, a brand operated by TMF Ventures LLC ("TMF Ventures LLC," "The Mom Fund," "we," "us," or "our"), publishes prompts, systems, guides, quizzes, checklists, and other tools, some free and some paid, designed to help moms use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini in everyday life. This Policy explains how those materials may be used, how we use AI ourselves, and the limits of what our prompts can do. It applies to everything we publish, whether free on the Site, delivered by email, or purchased as a digital product, and should be read with our Terms of Service and Disclaimer.

1. Ownership

All prompts, systems, templates, checklists, quizzes, guides, product names, and related materials ("Materials") are the intellectual property of TMF Ventures LLC and are protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. This applies equally to free Materials on the Site and to paid Materials. Free does not mean public domain.

2. Personal Use Only

You may save, copy, print, or download our Materials for your own personal, non-commercial use, and you may paste our prompts into your own AI accounts. You may not:

  • Sell, license, rent, or give away our Materials or any part of them
  • Republish our Materials on a website, newsletter, social account, course, app, or AI product
  • Use our Materials in a paid coaching program, e-book, template shop, or client service
  • Share, post, or forward the access link or access page for any paid product
  • Use our Materials to train an AI model or to build a competing product
  • Claim our Materials as your own, whether or not you have modified them

Paid products are licensed to one purchaser for use within one household. Access may be revoked, without refund, if a paid product or its access link is shared or misused.

3. What Our Prompts Are and Are Not

A prompt is a set of written instructions. It does nothing by itself. When you paste it into an AI tool, that tool, using the information you give it, produces the output. We do not see, receive, store, review, or control that output. The output belongs to the interaction between you and your AI tool, and it is your responsibility to check it before you act on it. AI tools can be confidently wrong. They can invent facts, misread documents and photos, miss context, and give advice that would be dangerous or costly if followed without checking.

Our Materials, and any output produced with them, are for general informational and organizational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, insurance, benefits, legal, medical, nutritional, fitness, mental-health, parenting, educational, or other professional advice, and using them does not create any professional relationship with us. We are not licensed professionals in any of those fields. Where a prompt touches those areas, treat the output as a starting point for a conversation with a qualified professional, not as a decision.

4. Photos, Documents, and Personal Information

Some of our prompts invite you to share a photo, a screenshot, a document, or details about your family, home, health, schedule, or finances with an AI tool. You decide what to share, and you share it with that tool under its privacy policy, not ours. We never receive it. Before sharing, review the tool's privacy and data-training settings, avoid uploading information you would not want stored by a third party, do not upload other people's private information without their permission, and use particular care with photos of children, identity documents, account numbers, and medical records. We are not responsible for how any third-party AI tool stores, uses, or protects what you give it.

5. Children and Family Use

Our Materials are written for adults. Some cover using AI with or around children. Any decision to let a child use an AI tool, and any supervision of that use, is yours alone. Check the age requirements and parental controls of the tool you use. We do not direct any Materials at children and we are not responsible for a child's use of an AI tool.

6. Results Vary

We test our prompts in real life before publishing them, but every household, job, AI tool, and model version is different, and AI tools change constantly. A prompt that works today may work differently tomorrow. We make no promise that any prompt will produce a particular result, save a particular amount of time or money, or work in any particular AI tool. Examples, comparisons, and personal experiences on the Site are illustrative only.

7. Use with Third-Party AI Platforms

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and any other platform you use are owned and operated by other companies. Your use of them is governed by their terms, privacy policies, pricing, and availability. You are responsible for your own accounts, your own inputs, and any costs those platforms charge. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any of them, and we cannot guarantee that any platform will remain available, free, or compatible with our Materials.

8. How We Use AI in Our Own Content

We use generative AI tools in producing content on the Site. Articles, guides, prompts, and product materials may be drafted in whole or in part with the help of AI. Every piece is directed, tested, reviewed, and edited by a human before publication, and we take editorial responsibility for what we publish. Even so, AI-assisted content can contain errors or become outdated. Verify anything important before relying on it. Where content is sponsored or contains affiliate links or paid placements, we disclose that on the page in line with FTC guidelines.

9. Data

We may measure anonymous engagement with our Materials, such as which prompts are copied or which topics are read most, to improve what we publish. We collect personal information only as described in our Privacy Policy, for example when you subscribe, take a quiz, contact us, or buy a product. We never collect what you type or upload into a third-party AI tool.

10. Paid Products

Paid Materials, including The Collection, The Camera Roll, bundles, and any future editions or drops, are licensed, not sold, under the license in Section 2 and the purchase, delivery, and all-sales-final terms in our Terms of Service.

11. Enforcement

Unauthorized use, copying, sharing, or redistribution of our Materials may result in takedown requests, loss of access to paid products, and legal action. We protect the time, testing, and originality that go into our systems.
