This Privacy Policy explains how The Mom Fund, a brand operated by TMF Ventures LLC ("TMF Ventures LLC," "The Mom Fund," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our website, subscribe to our newsletter, take a quiz, download a free resource, or purchase a digital product.   • Your quiz answers and results, so we can show you your result and send you related content.
  • Purchase information when you buy a digital product: your name, email address, billing address, the products you bought, and order history. Payment is processed by Shopify and its payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Usage data through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, links clicked, browser type, device information, approximate location, and IP address.

We do not collect anything you type or upload into a third-party AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, including photos, documents, or personal details you share while using our prompts. That information goes to the AI provider under its own privacy policy and never reaches us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver products you buy, including access links and order confirmations.
  • Send email newsletters, quiz results, free resources, and updates about our content and products, where you have opted in.
  • Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
  • Respond to inquiries, support requests, and order questions.
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Note that if you delete your information, we may no longer be able to deliver or restore access to products you have purchased.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Newsletter data is kept while you remain subscribed. Order and purchase records are kept for as long as you have access to a product and as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to those obligations.

7. Children's Privacy

Our site and products are intended for adults, and you must be at least 18 to use the site, subscribe, or make a purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at hello@themomfund.com and we will delete it.
